She is also the President of the TPF Network, a network of international logistics professionals and companies in over 60 countries. |

Ms. Ivy Lee

Ms Lee is the President of Global Connexions Marketing, and VP/Partner in Crisis and Opportunity Expo Inc., a newly formed company created to bring awareness of the business opportunities that exist in this turbulent economy.
In 1993 she launched Modesty Magazine, the longest surviving publication of a Chinese Magazine in Canada, and designated magazine of an international airline.

| Ivy has sponsored a number of events in various multicultural communities and charitable organizations, and was elected Chairperson of the World Association of Chinese Mass Media in 2005. She co-founded the Malaysian Association of Canada, and ran as a candidate for The Town of Markham, Ward 8 Councillor in the municipal election in 2006. Shortly after, she became the founding President of the Chinese Canadian Liberal Association. |

Carlos Sousa is President of FIABCI Canada. FIABCI is a worldwide network of Real Estate professionals with over 4,200 individual members, active in 56 countries. Carlos has been a Realtor with Sutton Group-Associates Realty in Toronto for more than 10 years.
Previously he completed a Commercial Apprenticeship in Berlin with Siemens Gesellschaft. Carlos speaks Portuguese, English and French and has been an active and dedicated volunteer in numerous community multi-cultural projects and is a recipient of the Ontario Lieutenant Governor General's Volunteer Award. |

Ms. Macchiavello is Director of International Development and Recruitment, Centennial College. She has worked in the Ontario College system for more than 25 years in a number of senior positions. She has extensive experience in post-secondary education including International Development, Curriculum Development, Business Innovation, Academic Administration and holds multiple degrees from a variety of respected institutions. |
Virginia has held positions including Director, International Education; Director, International Development; Director of Innovation and Business Development; Chair of Applied Arts and Human Services; Director of Continuing Education.
She has negotiated international corporate training projects and articulations with China, Colombia, Panama, Mexico and the United States and has been instrumental in providing work and study abroad opportunities for Canadian students and staff in Mexico, China, United States and Latin America. |
